Reba Abraham Pearce joined Waugh PLLC in April 2021 as Senior Counsel and transitioned to Of Counsel with the firm in February 2022. She strives to provide intelligent, effective legal services tailored to meeting the needs of each client. Reba is passionate about the practice of law and considers it a privilege. She has been the Town Attorney for Callahan, Florida since mid-2021 and previously served as the Town Attorney for Hilliard, Florida.

Reba’s experience includes advocating for businesses and individuals in judicial and administrative proceedings throughout the State of Florida, providing general counsel to municipalities, and serving as an appellate law clerk to the late, Hon. Jaqueline R. Griffin of Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal.

Reba is a proud Floridian, Florida Gator, and Texas Longhorn. She is currently a member of the St. Elizabeth Greek Orthodox Church in Gainesville, Florida and spends her free time exploring the outdoors with her family.
