Devin Gobin
Devin Gobin is a Florida-based attorney with a broad background in litigation, appellate advocacy, real estate, and government law.
Devin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Intelligence and National Security, from the University of Central Florida. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, where he served as a staff editor for both the Florida State University Business Review and the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law. During law school, he also held leadership roles as Vice President of the Business Law Society and founding Treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Before joining Waugh PLLC, Devin served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Rachel E. Nordby at the Florida First District Court of Appeal. He was also selected as the inaugural Judicial Fellow to Justice Renatha S. Francis at the Florida Supreme Court. Throughout law school, Devin held clerkships and externships across multiple levels of Florida’s judiciary and executive branches, gaining experience in appellate drafting, administrative law, and complex litigation.

Outside of the office, Devin enjoys traveling, watching the NFL and NBA, exploring new restaurants and bars, and playing bingo.
