Mirella joined Waugh PLLC in February 2022 as a real estate paralegal and title closer. A graduate of the University of Florida, Mirella started her career with revenue management and data analytics. She has worked for a large, global resort company, managing a property portfolio with bottom line revenue in the millions, and most recently worked for an international, globally-renowned private aviation company as part of its revenue and strategy team.

Mirella’s jobs have always required attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, which she brings to her role in processing real estate closings and supporting other legal matters at Waugh PLLC. She has continuing education certification in Programming and Data Analytics, as well as in Paraprofessional Training, and applies that knowledge daily in her current role. She is dedicated to ensuring a smooth closing for our clients, open and constant communication, and support for our attorneys.

Outside of work, Mirella enjoys spending time with her family, setting ambitious reading goals, running, and cooking.
