Juan Quintero Bornas is a Florida attorney with practical experience in litigation and transactional law, including case strategy and management, and real estate contract drafting and negotiation.

Juan earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, both Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Central Florida. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he held a leadership role in the Latino Law Student Association. He also participated in the Immigration Law Clinic for two semesters, assisting underserved members of the Gainesville community with immigration-related matters.

During law school, Juan gained extensive hands-on experience that helped him build a solid foundation for his versatile practice. In his litigation-focused roles, he drafted a wide array of motions and pleadings and provided support for cases involving employment litigation, intellectual property litigation, and contract disputes. He also assisted with discovery, case strategy, and trial preparation, allowing him to gain practical exposure to the full lifecycle of litigation matters.

Additionally, during his final year of law school, Juan worked full time as a legal intern with a major themed entertainment company in Orlando. That experience gave him invaluable insight into the inner workings of large-scale project execution in the Orlando entertainment industry, including managing contract review and approval processes for a variety of major construction agreements.

Juan brings a detail-oriented, efficient, and collaborative approach to his practice, leveraging his bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, as well as his diverse professional experiences to help clients navigate complex legal matters with clarity and confidence.

In his free time, Juan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing tennis, visiting theme parks, and going to the movies.
