Ryan Eaton
Ryan Eaton is a licensed Florida attorney specializing in litigation, real estate, business, and government law.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, with a minor in English, from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law. He began his legal career at a large Florida law firm, where he focused on commercial real estate matters, including the financing, acquisition, disposition, and closing of complex real property transactions.
During law school, Ryan developed strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills as an Articles & Notes Editor of the Florida State University Business Review and as a Teaching Assistant for first-year students in Legal Writing & Research I & II.
Ryan also has experience advising both large and small businesses across a wide range of legal needs. Through his participation in the Business Law Clinic, he counseled student entrepreneurs and startups in the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship at Florida State University, and he externed with a large insurance brokerage firm, where he supported mergers and acquisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A proud Orlando native, Ryan has provided pro bono services to local communities through Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, presenting on various legal topics and offering individualized legal guidance to underserved clients.
Ryan leverages his broad experience across business, real estate, and litigation to provide practical, well-rounded guidance tailored to each client’s objectives. His multidisciplinary perspective enables him to anticipate challenges, streamline decision-making, and deliver efficient, effective solutions.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys reading, traveling, running, rooting for the Florida Gators and the Orlando Magic, and spending time with family and friends.
