Dakota Naples is a Florida attorney whose practice includes litigation, real estate, and government law matters.

Dakota earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Warner University, focusing on business and political science, graduating summa cum laude. While at Warner, Dakota led the women’s flag football program during the inaugural season as team captain. She later attended Barry University School of Law where she graduated valedictorian in 2026. During her time at Barry, she was a research assistant and contributed to the publication of numerous articles. She was also selected as a Dean’s Study Fellow, tutoring and mentoring first-year and second-year students.

Dakota gained hands-on experience while working in the themed entertainment industry, drafting and negotiating contracts from inception to completion. She also interned at the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, gaining practical courtroom experience.

Dakota enjoys playing flag football and pickleball in her free time, as well as visiting theme parks.
